Rules for using VPNhub: what the service provides, your responsibilities and how to request a refund.
The main terms of this version are retained below in a shorter form. The original document names VLESS VPN, GW VPN and the VPNhub website. For Rabochiy VPN, also check the documents in its Google Play listing.
1. Accepting the terms
This agreement governs the relationship between VPNhub (the “service”) and the individual using its apps or website (the “user”).
By starting to use VLESS VPN, GW VPN or the VPNhub website, you confirm that you have read this agreement and accept it in full. If you do not agree to the terms, stop using the service.
The service may amend this agreement unilaterally. The current version is published on the website.
2. What the service provides
VPNhub provides access to VPN infrastructure for encrypted connections and protection of personal data transmitted over a network.
Access may be free or paid, depending on the chosen plan. Uninterrupted round-the-clock operation is not guaranteed: the service may carry out maintenance.
3. Account
Registration may be required for certain features. You must provide accurate information when registering.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity carried out using your account.
4. Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and comply with the laws of the country where you are located.
You must not:
- use the service for illegal activities;
- send spam or malicious code, or carry out DDoS attacks;
- infringe copyrights or other third-party rights;
- interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service.

5. Service obligations and rights
VPNhub undertakes to maintain the quality of its VPN infrastructure and protect user data in accordance with the privacy policy.
If you breach this agreement, the service may restrict or terminate your access. The service is not responsible for content you access through a VPN connection.
6. Payments and refunds
Prices for paid plans are listed on the website and in the service’s apps.
To request a refund, contact support. This is a condition of the original agreement, not a promise of an unconditional refund.
7. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by a separate privacy policy.
The original agreement provides for a strict no-logs policy: the service does not store data about user activity. Information about data processing by a specific app is also published in its Google Play listing.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
The service is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties.
9. Duration and termination
This agreement takes effect when you start using the service and remains in force indefinitely.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
10. Disputes and other terms
Disputes relating to the performance of this agreement are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the procedure established by applicable law applies.
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
